What if I fail the exam
on my first attempt?
You will be prompted to purchase a retest if you are unsuccessful. Log into your course account and click “Purchase retest”.
The purchase of the Retest provides the student with an additional chance to challenge the exam. If you fail your exam you will need to purchase another BASICS.fst 4th Edition with WEBCAM Retest to take your exam again. Be prepared for your exam!
